Interviewers were nice and easy to talk to. Questions were behavioral and fairly easy. There was a technical assessment before the final round. Overall, just stay calm and connect well with the interviewers.

A mix of behavioral and technical, but varies significantly by the team that is interviewing you. I had a hirevue video round then a superday interview that took about 6 hours.

In the process the interviewers were very friendly and BlackRock provided very good preparation materials for the interview. Some of the materials were mandatory and would go on for extended periods of time
