For the Princeton location — someone from their talent team provided me a link to schedule an interview, which I booked for March 17th. However, when the invite came through, it was pushed out to March 31st, which seemed odd, so I reached out directly to confirm. I never heard back and kept the March 31st time on my calendar. I joined the interview as scheduled and they did not show. Again, odd, but I assumed something may have come up. I followed up and only several days later received a response apologizing and stating I would be rescheduled due to the original interviewer being out unexpectedly. Fine. The interview was never rescheduled and no one has reached out since. I expected much more from BlackRock given their strong reputation in the industry but this experience suggested otherwise.
