Overall good people, quite kind and caring
HR is a bit slow however
Office is really nice

Why BLK? Tell me about a time you received feedback and how did you feel? What do you think the price of oil will be next month? What's going on in the oil markets? 2 stock pitches
HireVue then 3 part superday. All interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral but mostly behavioral and market-based. Interviews were over a 4 hour period and with employees from different offices

Interview
The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
