Interview
On Campus followed by Super Day with 4 interviews including a group case study interview.The On Campus interview was a generic, qualitative fit based interview with one of the VPs in the group. Super Day started with a group case study, fairly easy they just wanted to assess your ability to voice yourself among your peers. This was followed by 3 1-1 interviews all fairly qualitative and easy.
HireVue then 3 part superday. All interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral but mostly behavioral and market-based. Interviews were over a 4 hour period and with employees from different offices

Interview
The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
