I applied online through a college website and then the BlackRock website itself. There was first an "Online Cover Letter" where you are given a couple questions and then 1 minute to think about the answer, then 1 minute to record the answer. Within the next week I was invited to First round interview, which took place over video chat with two current employees. Then I was invited to a final round interview at an Assessment Center.

Explain a complicated process to me as if I were a 5 year old.
hirevue interview done through computer virtually only takes about 10 mins and is average in easiness. questions are personal and not difficult. i am running out of things to say
submit your cv and cover letter then video interview, which is pre recorded, you have 1.5 mins to reply, 3 mins to prepare, it is easy don't worry, just 2 questions, prepare them in advance

2. Technical round - Basic finance questions and risk management questions along with hard puzzles(3 of them in my case)
