It was completely online based where they asks you about your internship and projects undertaken by you. They’ll then jump on to some technical related questions. Rounds of interview are 3- HR, technical and Basic interaction.

Applied online, had to complete an online response to a few questions, then a 30 minute conversation with a Blackrock employee if you passed the online response. Then the final round was 3 hours long, interviewed with 4 employees, asked quite a few questions on behavior and teamwork
Two interviewers from the team interviewed me, they basically asked questions about the values of Blackrock. Those are the most important things to remember and the following questions are based on them as well.
