I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at BlackRock
Interview
I applied foe the Fast track to fin-tech which consisted of an online application that had coding questions and a behavioral one. After that, it was a phone interview and then they invite you to the offices at San Fran. They took a very long time to get back to me and I had already accepted another offer by then.

Very friendly, but the process was very spaced out with a lot of waiting. Overall the process wasn't very difficult, but it was a lot of work. I got to the final round, but didn't receive an offer.

Two rounds of technical coding interviews, and one interview about you as a person.
Virtual interview on HireVue, asked two basic questions to assess soft skills. Preparation time was fairly long but no chance to re-record answers. Overall, it was a smooth and quick experience but should've researched more about the firm.
