Interview with a head receptionist and manager in a room on the main floor. They both introduced themselves first and were very conversational. Very easy interview - maybe because they were in dire need of a receptionist. On my 3rd or 4th day, my recruiter told me they wanted someone who's a fast learner. They expected me to hit the ground running within days. I recommend better training or hiring someone with senior experience.
