I came in for the first interview with the HR person and that lasted for about an hour. After passing that one, and after 10 days, I met with my direct future manager and the global director.

The recruitment journey was great! The process was smooth, from online submission through to final interview stage. The interview phase was discussion based conversations with HR, Manager and Senior Manager. The interview was of behavioural nature where we discussed skill sets, learns, expectations and achievements. I felt very content throughout the process as feedback was constantly provided. Needless to say, the hiring process was very structured and informative. Overall, a fantastic experience!
