Its a namesake multi layered interview process where in every round the technology evaluation was happening. They take multiple rounds over ms-teams in odd times (early morning ) in my case. They ask you to attend overview session all the time where they talk hours about there process like technical fitment, functional fitment, cultural fitment and coding fitment. They dont take a co-ordinated feedback between rounds and HR is clueless who did your rounds, what was your feedback but they simply schedule round after another.
