An online group interview. It started with a brief introduction to the company, and you would be given materials to work on a group project. The total discussion time is around 30 min, and you are required to give a presentation.

Very simple interview process. Group interview style. Come prepared to answer basic interview questions such as 'Why do you want to work in consulting' or 'tell us about a time you have worked in a team'. Confidence and humility seem to be the most important metrics. Group case study at the end.

A group interview, with 10-12 participants. Questions are asked in turn. The format is: 1-2 minutes to introduce yourself, 3-4 minutes to respond to an individual question, 15 minutes participating in a group case study, then time at the end for further statements and questions.
