Blacks Barbecue interview questions

My personal experience was to fill out an application and interview with the general manager, which then led to an offer. Others had to first interview with a manager, then interview with the owners before getting an offer. Some never interviewed at all and were hired on the spot (possibly friends of owners or management). Overall, the interview seemed less about the job and more about the history of Blacks, and it didn't seem organized or to have a specific goal or direction.
