A nice chat with the team who asked about what I am looking for and what I have done in my current company. There weren’t too many technical questions, but I spoke about current projects and they told me about their company goals, which were interesting to hear

Interview
First technical interview with COO followed by generic interview with operations manager. Friendly enough team but very poorly organised: long response times and no feedback provided after interview despite asking. Neither interviewers were in the engineering team that the candidate would have been working closely with . Despite it being a technical role, there was less opportunity to discuss the technology.

It was an online interview with two employees of the company, related to the position. Interview started with short explanation of the company, including question on our knowledge of the company.
