I applied through other source. I interviewed at Blexr in July 2023
Interview
The interview process was very standard. First chat with HR (she "hunted" me). Then 1st interview with a Senior Content guy, very nice. Then a task, also interesting. Then final interview with 2 "big" guys and a lovely lady. Until here the process was smooth, quite fast and interesting. Then... nothing. Nada de nada. No feedback (although I chased 2 times). How can you ghost someone who gave you so much time for free? This practice is quite common I can read.. and I guess it explains a lot the company culture of this organisation.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Launching a new product into a competitive market is hard, especially within affiliate marketing. With an V1 launch of our new site imminent, what would you do to balance off the need for growth and ROI, while building towards a longer term (ambitious) future? Spend no more than 15 minutes, sharing your thoughts and tactics on how you'd achieve this. Feel free to make any and all assumptions you'd like and don't hesitate to ask any questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Blexr (London, England) in Oct 2023
Interview
Super-specific questions relating to day-to-day issues rather than holistic leadership and functional skillsets related to the role itself. Got bogged down in detail and missed the point of the interview in my opinion.
