Decent salaries and some good people

Cons

The so called "must win battles" are reactive and change on a whim rather than being given the chance to actually work. Stuck in the mindset of 2016 and unwilling to move with the times and new SEO best practices. Lost a lot of good people, particularly from the SLT.

Full remote. Home-working and wellbeing/development allowance.

Cons

The "we'll need to keep redefining this until it finally clicks" approach isn't agile and isn't working... and it never will! It's impossible to underestimate the incompetency of the remaining "leadership", proving that your contributions don't need to be visible to be rewarded. That's a lession for us all. They've truly mastered the concept of moving the goalposts, resulting in an impressive churn rate of employees. The CEO is a broken arrow, pointless, not very sharp and can't be fired.
