The "we'll need to keep redefining this until it finally clicks" approach isn't agile and isn't working... and it never will! It's impossible to underestimate the incompetency of the remaining "leadership", proving that your contributions don't need to be visible to be rewarded. That's a lession for us all. They've truly mastered the concept of moving the goalposts, resulting in an impressive churn rate of employees. The CEO is a broken arrow, pointless, not very sharp and can't be fired.
