Blighter Surveillance Systems interview questions

There were two stages of fitting for the team: 1. HR and Head of Finance 2. CEO and Head of Technology Free-style chat on CV and hobbies, about an hour on each stage. Additionally, I had a tour of the premises (a sophisticated two-level portacabin). The staff is located on the upper level. The premises are somewhat crowded and stuffy, like a movie theater. Nevertheless, they operate a strict dress code. They required someone very fit; the stairs are circus difficulty. Therefore, the circus director paid special attention to the candidate's ability to climb the stairs.
