I was told about the company by one of my friends who referred me. The process was very simple, they asked for my documents, sent it for background verification. My first round was conducted by the HR for general understanding. Then a Sr. PSW asked me the standard modus operandi. I had to fill out few forms and I was shortlisted the same day.

I applied through the app and then received an email explaining the what the institution is looking for at the moment. I had a straight forward telephone interview that took about 20 min. Afterwards they did a document verification and contacted my references. Lastly I attended online orientation for about an hour and filled out on-boarding forms the same day.
