I applied through other source. I interviewed at Bloomingdale's
Interview
It was a fairly simple interview I was just asked about my availability, and previous work experience which mine wasn't much either but still got the position, This was back in 2023 so it was a video call with one of the hiring managers (I applied via indeed). Last time I checked (2024 in their website) they had started doing one-way video interview which is stupid.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Bloomingdale's (New York, NY) in Nov 2021
Interview
Zoom interview. Representative was late and walking around with a tablet for the interview. Seemed distracted. Found a quiet place to talk eventually. Asked how I would fare working with people with zero experience.

I applied online for a merchandiser position on Friday and was contacted on Monday. Because the hours didn’t work, she suggested I look into other seasonal positions within. Hours later she sent over a link to apply for seasonal positions. Once i applied, i scheduled an interview for the following business day.
