Interview
Applied online, got a call from the recruiter who asked general info about my experience and availability. Then was asked complete some tests online. Was then called to go on-site for face to face interviews with who would be my boss and her boss & hr. I thought it was pretty ok interview, just took some time.
it was kind of a waste of time as she only realized I hadn't gotten my degree yet mid-call despite the information being on my resume. the interview was pretty straightforward

Interview
Actually, they mixed up the applications. So I had interview with sale manager instead of merchandising manager. But she was really friendly and the process went really well. Although the original job opportunity i applied for was no longer available, she provided me other chances, like sale assistant and flyer.
