After applying on LinkedIn I was directed to complete a detailed technical application on the company's website, which took over an hour. The process was terminated before any role-related interview took place, solely based on salary expectations. The salary range communicated to me at the start of the process did not align with the publicly listed range I later found, raising questions about transparency upfront. When I sought clarification by phone, the conversation became confrontational and unprofessional. I was accused of not researching the company and of being motivated only by compensation — neither of which was accurate. I would caution other candidates to verify salary details independently before investing significant time in this company's application process.
