      Long-tenured team members across both the U.S. and Canada offices are consistently kind, approachable, and willing to help The majority of Field Service technicians are professional, courteous, and make a genuine effort to provide support when needed Office teams, including Operations, Scheduling, and Shipping, are generally responsive and work diligently to understand and address issues

      The current cultural shift has become increasingly negative, with employees feeling pressured to leave Individuals whose performance or behavior may warrant concern are, at times, being promoted rather than addressed HR/PX support appears to be more effective when addressing issues at management levels, with limited visibility into accountability at higher levels Current management is often unhelpful and communication can come across as indirect, disingenuous, or lacking transparency
