I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blue Raven Solar (American Fork, UT) in July 2018
Interview
Thorough and in depth problem solving and case questions asked. Long process (2+ hours), but really good for both sides to see if it's a good fit. Come into any interview ready to think, do some mental math, and exercise your critical thinking. This is not a walk in the park, but it sure is one of the best interview experiences I've ever had.

Question 1
Tell us about about a problem that you encountered in your prior work and how you resolved it.
Phone interview with recruiter followed by 2-hour interview process with several leaders and the COO. Good experience. Geared heavily towards MBA/business school interview theory. They value college experience heavily. Recruiter didn't seem to have much of a grasp on the position.

Question 1
They conducted a case study about inventory and warehouse management to assess critical thinking and problem-solving.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Blue Raven Solar (Orem, UT) in Aug 2020
Interview
The process was good and smooth until final interviews. The COO interviewed me but only had 15-20 minutes before a meeting. In the case interview he tried giving it to me off memory and consistently left information out or explained it incorrectly because he forgot his notes with the case on it. Didn’t have time for me to ask him questions about the company or position.
