Actually a depressing experience. Interviewer felt like a cross between a camp counselor and a timeshare salesman. All he did was talk about how much money sales reps could make. When I asked specific questions about the company's practices and the industry at large, he seemed 1) surprised I'd bothered and 2) completely unprepared to answer them. I ended up working for a smaller local installer and learned pretty quickly how scummy Blue Raven's practices are. 0/10, do not recommend.
