There were a few interviews before I got the job. The first was a relatively lowkey on where we discussed my experience, interest in the job, and other things in a way that was personable and welcoming. From there we had a few interviews just to check if I really knew the material, help fill in any blanks I may have had, and see what my tutoring style was. Overall, totally pleasant, although maybe it would've been a little too much of a time investment if I hadn't actually gotten the job.
