      No paid for mileage between students. You have to drive yourself.

      You feel a real sense of purpose working for this tutoring company. The CEO has your back and he's in the trenches with you.

      Cons

      You work on your own a lot of the time, only seeing coworkers once every couple months for meetings and check-ins. Driving time also constitutes most of the job.
