BlueTriton Brands Retail Sales Representative interview questions

3 person panel interview. They didn't even introduce themselves. Basic interview, didn't think they were interested as my background was all retail management. But I wowed them during the interview.

I was contacted by an HR rep who received my online application. She pre-screened me and set up my interview. My interview was with 5 different people, two in one room and three in the other. The were of various levels in the company ranging from other sales reps to the division manager. They asked questions they had chosen from a pre-set list of questions I assume was standard to the company. "Describe a creative display you have built." "When you work long hours and get tired what sort of mistakes do you make?" I was asked back for a second "interview" which was an unpaid ride along with the sales reps who had been in my interview to find out if I was a good "fit" for the job. It was only me and 2 other people chosen to do the ride along and I thought I did really well. The HR rep that initially contacted me was there every step of the way before and after each step letting me know how good I was doing and setting up the next step of the process. Once I finished the second interview I waited for about a week with no response then called and emailed the HR rep with no response. After a few days I went ahead and left a message with the manager who was going to make the hiring decision and asked for an answer either way. I never heard back from anyone again. Other people on here had reported similar experiences with this unprofessionalism so I was ready for it but it was still really rude. They could have at least sent a generic "moving on with other candidates" email.
