Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Not a very challenging interview, basically just asked me about my background and what I wanted to pursue as a career field. They were more looking to see how they could work with me to put me where I would fit best.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bluehouse Group (Richmond, VT) in May 2011
Interview
The hiring process consisted of only one interview with nearly everyone on the team, and no code sample whatsoever. I was offered the job based on that one interview, and there was very little negotiating over salary. The people who interviewed me were friendly and personable, but did not ask me enough detailed questions for me to feel like I was properly interviewed for a technical position. This was a few years ago, and a friend of mine interviewed with them more recently and said they have gone the other direction in requiring very tough and time-consuming code samples.
