Working at BHG is enjoyable and rewarding. It’s a workplace that grants you autonomy in return for self-management and getting things done. As with most small businesses, no two days are the same and your day to day responsibilities will vary. The culture values work - life balance and everyone is treated as a person and not just an employee.
Cons
No workplace is perfect. At BHG there can be internal difficulties and strife. But, to the credit of the company, it deals with issues as they arise and acts fairly.
