I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Blueshift in Jan 2022
Interview
• Recruiter misrepresented the interview process, saying it would be related to a front-end developer role. Instead it was a CS fundamentals problem (string permutations) and completely unrelated to what they actually need: someone to build a component library features in Vue.js and migrate their legacy AngularJS app.
• I received an automated rejection from a no-reply email, which demonstrates a lack of empathy. Candidates take time out of their day to interview, you can at least send an email.
• Mandatory 9:30pm PST meetings on Monday nights (that's 12:30am EST) to work with their dev team which is mostly in India.
I consider this a dodged bullet.
