Bombardier Embedded Developer interview questions

Managment is poor.They even dont know which type of candidate they need.after approving my c.v they called me for embedded engineer.i think they are looking for person can work on tcms. fist there is written test(which i was not expecting as i have 6 year experience and i only found coding question relevent apart from that aptitude question is also there so be prepared i only anser coding question) second round is personal interview(i dont think it technical as i am not asked any) after that they inform me feedback is not well so you can leave.some of responded like they will get next round on telephonic(really first written than personal interview non technical and than telephonic??) and they also merged walk in and personally called candidate so nearly 3 hour wasted(i dont have holiday on Saturday) in waiting
