We are seeking a Senior CRM Developer to design, develop and configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in line with approved business requirements and DHL architecture standards. The role will also develop and maintain CRM customisations, including plug-ins, workflows, integrations and extensions using C#, JavaScript and Dynamics 365 tooling, and provide technical leadership on our CRM solution design and roadmap discussions.
Key Accountabilities
Technical Delivery & Solution Design
Design, develop and configure CRM solutions in line with approved business requirements and DHL architecture standards.
Develop and maintain CRM customisations including plugins, workflows, integrations and extensions using C#, JavaScript and Dynamics 365 tooling.
Develop and maintain front-end web applications embedded within CRM
Build integrations with backend APIs
Provide technical leadership on CRM solution design and roadmap discussions.
Work closely with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and design options.
Mentor and support other developers within the development team.
Platform Support & Operations
Provide Level 2 support for CRM platforms and associated integrations.
Manage CRM deployments, releases, hotfixes and environment configurations.
Investigate and resolve production incidents, defects and performance issues within service levels.
Engage and collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure quality delivery and effective knowledge transfer.
Process Improvement & Quality
Stay abreast of industry developments in Dynamics 365 CRM and adjacent technologies, and incorporate them into our organisation as appropriate
Apply secure-by-design and shift-left principles to CRM development and delivery.
Contribute to continuous improvement of development, testing and release processes.
Maintain accurate technical and as-built documentation for CRM solutions.
Skills and Attributes
Extensive experience developing and supporting enterprise CRM platforms.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript and SPA frameworks (ideally VueJS)
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Experience in integrating CRM solutions with enterprise systems via APIs.
Strong understanding of secure SDLC and Agile delivery practices.
Desirable
Experience in regulated environments such as financial services or health
Azure platform and CI/CD pipeline experience
Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications
Experience working with onshore/offshore vendor models
