I have applied online. I was first contacted by a recruiter. The interview went very well. She was very kind to me. The questions were general on previous experiences. Then there was the interview with the hiring manager. It lasted about 1 hour. Very comfortable. Maybe my experiences were not enough for that position. Anyway the experience was positive.
