Interview
As per the founder:
* Introduction/Screening Call - Basic introductory ice-breaker questions
* Assessment Round - Take home assignment based on role
* Technical Round - Questions based on the assignment and domain knowledge
* HR Round - Might be common HR questions and offer negotiation
Post which, the offer letter will be given.
