Interview
First Booking calls you to hear your English, asks you questions to see if you are motivated and if you have worked in customer service before. 3 important thing English / Customer Service / Excitement.
After the phone interview you will have a in person interview with 2 language tests to do 1 for your native language and 1 for English. It is not hard.
After passing the test they ask you about 12 questions and if you do good you are hired.

Phone interview, grammar testing for English and second language (in my case Portuguese - native) and interview in person (before COVID) and office tour. Everybody was really friendly during the whole process.

The process takes about 3 hours including company's presentation, language tests : English and the language you applied for ( grammar and reading comprehension); next is a phone call role play in the language you applied; then a face to face interview with CS team lead and HR manager
