I applied via website. In 2 weeks their recruiter followed-up and proposed to arrange a call. During the call was asked formal questions about current job functions, what product I am most proud of and why, do I have an experience in managing cross-functional team and so on. In a week got another call with two POs. Theyэму been asking me a lot of questions regarding products that I own, how to choose the right KPIs, who to prioritization of task and features, how do run AB-testing, what tools do I use (internal and external) for ABs, asked for an example of recent AB-tests. In 5 working days I got a verdict from HR, that I passed and they want face-2-face interview in Amsterdam. In one more week I was there, sitting in a tiny conference room. Before going to Amsterdam you should prepare a test case in for of presentation. Interview in Amsterdam consist of 4 part, each part lasts 1 hour. Firstly, you have interview with HR, then goes an interview with 2 senior managers when you have to defend you case. After that you have another interview with 2 POs which ask questions mainly on Ab-testing and some situational questions. This is where I failed badly. All questions where very theoretical. Going further, another recruiter takes you to an excursion around the office (kitchen, office spaces, patio, etc). Finally, there should be an hour with another senior manager (probably VP) where he gives you a case to solve.
