I was contacted by email after having applied online and was invited to take a test at their office. The test was quite easy, especially for any native speakers. After this I was contacted by phone to come to their office again and have a 2 on 1 interview. If you succeed the interview, there's another interview to do, don't know about after that stage.
After the 2 on 1 interview, I received a phone call and was asked how the interview went, etc, which I thought was kind of pointless for me considering I didn't get to the next stage. I mean just tell me straight up I didn't get the position instead of acting like I did by calling and asking me things about the interview. I recommend an email for unsuccessful applicants.

Question 1
Why do you want to work here? And why this position?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (Istanbul) in July 2019
Interview
It was a very long process. After applying for the position an HR specialist mailed me for the phone interview. After the phone interview, they send me a test. After that, I got invited for a face to face interview and it also consisted of a conference call with a team leader from a different country. After that, I got invited for the final step of a face to face interview with the other team leader. I'm also working full time and they did know all about this. They did not give me an offer and said I'm not the right fit for the position! After all these steps! And this mail came from another HR specialist that I do not know. Interview questions were very hard for the last f2f interview. They asked the same personality questions again and again. I've risked my current job success by excuses to do an interview with booking.com but they're too rude and selfish to be a human. I completely understand that the HR specialist decided I'm not the right fit in the first interview or they do not like my test answers OR EVEN at the first face to face interview! But inviting to the final step and saying that I'm not the right fit for the position, it is not an acceptable ethical business work that I can not understand!

Question 1
They constantly kept me asking how do I motivate my teammates? (completing the task/getting bonuses etc.)
And they asked me that which circumstances am I getting pissed off?
And yeah, I pissed off when I'm not treated like a human being. Everything is not money guys.
After sending my cv through their website a recruiter contacted me. We had a friendly chat with the recruiter in English, he talked about the company and the position itself.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (Athens, Athens, Attica) in May 2018
Interview
After applying online and answering some questions, the HR department called me. We set up a phone interview. Finally they called for a face2face interview in the offices in Athens. In the final interview the was a role play as well. I didn't receive an offer and the HR department told me a really bad excuse so I searched and I find out that they pick me but the manager ( the one who did the interviews) referred a friend and she gave the position to her. That is really unfair and disappointing for a company like this. I will never waist my time with them.
