I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (New York, NY) in Nov 2016
Interview
I've got an invite to go through the process by one of their recruiter. I've confirmed the interest and talked about 20 min with the interviewer. Then I've got to go through a really easy and short test about HTML, CSS and Javascript.
I was asked to review the booking.com website and suggest 3 improvements and how I'd measure success of these supposed improvements.
After that I've had the technical interview with 2 front-end developers + live coding. It was a bit annoying as the business culture is: measurements and data are more important than what you're building. The whole interview was more about how I would define metrics for what I'd do than what I'd do.

Interview

It was at this moment that Booking decided I was not a cultural fit.

There wasn’t anything specific in the interview. The hardest challenge was to understand the interviewers accent. I suggest you to turn on the subtitles. The entire things are really basic
