Interview
There was a two-rounds interview for a temporary, high season position. The process was very fast due to the urgency, it normally takes a month but I was hired in a week overall. The first was a phone interview, then there was a full morning with on-site group and individual interview.

Interview
After I applied online, I interview with HR specialist. She asked my previous work experiences, tried to understand how I dealing day to day tasks and asked travel sector related questions.
After I moved on to next step I received an interview appointment with hiring managers. The interview day hiring managers didn’t attend and I waited for 20 mins for them. I haven’t get any information about cancellation or anything. I shared the situation with recruiter team they responded at the late evening of the same day. They didn’t even bother to explain why this happened and organized a new interview with hiring managers. In the inter Sith hiring managers even I pointed out that I haven’t had any experience about travel industry they kept asking related questions to have a right answer from me. It has been a month after the interview they haven’t responded positive or negative.
It was already caused a loss of confidence about their team and the company. I don’t recommend to apply booking.com I guess it shows very important clues regarding inside the company perspective about employee even its only the recruitment process.

Interview
Total of 4 rounds of interviews, first with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, then a few with the local account managers.
After the final interview, they told me that there will be a delay on their response schedule of whether the position is offered, which was ok, but then after a month, the recruiter told me it's still taking time, and then another month, and now the recruiter has pretty much ghosted me. Extremely unprofessional and rude considering how much time has gone in on the interview process.
