I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Booking.com (New Delhi) in Mar 2019
Interview
I applied for a position that was open in Amsterdam (I'm not from EU Region). Telephone interview was scheduled but the HR Recruiter failed to check on my availability. She called me in the last minute over phone and mentioned that she could do the interview over phone. I wasn't prepared for telephonic conversation hence ended up being in a spot with poor network and background noise. 45mins interview closed in 30mins.

Question 1
What do you report as UX success metric in a system like booking.com
1.applying online (you can apply for all departments, since they have different process, but one of them will be stoped until the result of the first one be clear.
2. Interview with 2 or one design managers. They ask about your experience, challenges, communication, design process.
3 craft interview, You should prepare one or 2 projects and represent for the interviewers. Be date driven and user centered.
4. Interview with a developer and a product manager, all about problem solving, achievements, tram work, fixing conflicts.
VERY Important note:
Let me share an interesting experience in this case. 4 month ago I applied for 3 department. One of the team feedback about the craft interview was super amazing, they realised how I solved the problem and the complexity of case was clear for them. But I was rejected in fit interview. Another time I applied for another department and rejected for the craft interview! Can you believe that? And the hiring manager pointed out the project didn't have complicity and good enough for a Senior level.
I can not believe that there is no any standard in a huge company such as Booking !
What happened to the third one? Position filled! Two times!

Question 1
Talk a bout a time you heared no from your teammates.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Booking.com (Santiago) in Aug 2014
Interview
The interview was very clear. They explained me every step of the process and answered all my doubts. I didn't get the job because of my technical skills, they were looking for someone with better CSS skills than mine. I felt very confortable with the hole process and I'm considering applying again, once I improve my CSS skills. I appreciate that they give my feedback on my interview process so I know what I have to work on.
