Recruiter screening and a few interview rounds with behavioural questions based on different areas of expertise. Well planned and explained, they want to set you up for success and it’s obvious.
The process was intense with long waiting times in between rounds. I had to wait 6 weeks for a reply on my application. 3 weeks after the recruiter call. 2,5 weeks after the hiring manager call.
Very effective, to the point, recruiter was very supportive. Included 3 steps, with a case study; which was quite demanding. The process was as follows: recruiter call, first interview - general, case study and culture fit interview.
