Do the language test at first. Then show you around the working environment where is quite friendly and relaxed. After that, you would have chance to know what you do in this position. At the end, HR manager would have personal interview with you!

There is a French and English Test. Then you have an interview with a manager and they ask you behavours questions about who you are in a company, what do you know about booking.com

After a phone call interview, you will be asked to interview at the office. The process takes about 3 hours including company's presentation, language tests : English and the language you applied for ( grammar and reading comprehension); next is a phone call role play in the language you applied; then a face to face interview with CS team lead and HR manager
