1. De eerste ronde bestond uit het aanleveren van een CV, zonder begeleidende motivatiebrief.
2. Vervolgens volgde een online assessment, bestaande uit een HackerRank-toets over statistiek en een persoonlijkheidstest via Harver. De toets duurde 7 minuten en bevatte 35 vragen.
3. Daarna vond er een telefonisch HR-gesprek plaats van ongeveer 30 minuten, gericht op motivatie. Het gesprek was zonder beeld en de recruiter noteerde de antwoorden tijdens het gesprek. Het ontbreken van visuele feedback maakte het lastig om in te schatten hoe het ging.
4. De laatste ronde bestond uit een selectiedag met twee interviews en een groepsopdracht. Voor het technische interview kon één onderdeel worden voorbereid, terwijl een ander onderdeel ter plekke werd besproken. Het gedragsgerichte interview draaide om eerdere ervaringen; hierbij is het toepassen van de STAR-methode aan te raden. De groepsopdracht werd uitgevoerd in een groep van 6 à 7 personen, wat uitdagend was omdat je je hier niet voor op kunt voorbereiden.

The application process consisted of four stages: (1) Sending in the CV and a short motivational statement. (2) Short test about data visualizations and data understanding. (3) Phone interview to assess fit for job and company. (4) Assessment center which included two interviews, one about the CV/person and the other one was technical and required preparation of a data visualization task and interpretation of tasks.

Interview
The first stage of interview was an assesment test which focused on data visualization and begginer level statistical knowledge. The second stage was an interview call which focused on motivation and experiences of mine, The third and final stage was the assesment day, which is a day where all the candidates get to visit the office, get to know the company better and also be assessed through a behavioural and technical interviews.
