Online test, mathematical and situational tests. After was interview. Two interviewers, very professional people and knew their stuff. Formal environment. Business dressed. Interview was very very difficult. Applicants should probably have strong management experience of at least 2 years +... the nerves on the day are stressful enough never mind how hard the questions are!!
