I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Boots (Edinburgh, Scotland) in Sept 2016
Interview
Had a really good interview with the nicest person you could imagine. Answered all the questions, there were only 3, if I remember well, chatted about living in Scotland, local Boots pharmacy I go to, etc., did really well on the job floor where I had to present the product I chose to my interviewer, identify confident and hesitant shoppers, arrange one isle so that it looked better and it's been a week now that I haven't heard from them...
The interview was an hour long. Questions were
asked around compentencies. I was then brought out onto the floor to interact with customers and demonstrate product knowledge. Overall, it was pleasent, good interview.
In person, lasted under an hour, friendly conversation, standard questions about experience, education, motivation for applying. In person, lasted under an hour, friendly conversation, standard questions about experience, education, motivation for applying.
short 20 minute chat, very relaxed, situational questions were not hard to answer, very friendly atmosphere . job was described fully and there were no practical or team aspects to the interview
