Had a first screening interview. Regular questions, describe myself, my experiences, why I applied, etc... Next step was an online assessment which was unrealistic. Someone multiple choice questions and some technical questions. They had some questions where you had 30 seconds to answer but you couldn't necessarily even read the question in that time. They gave you 7 minutes to write a coding solution to a problem. This was an unreasonable amount of time in my opinion. Afterwards, I informed them I was complete and never heard from them. Followed up a few weeks later, was assuming I'd get a polite "thank you, no thank you" (which is perfectly acceptable) but still nothing. I don't find ghosting someone you've spoken to and had spend time doing an online challenge the model of professionalism. Their hiring process needs some refining.
