      Pros

      - True empowerment of all employees - High level of commitment among all teams - Demanding but caring management - Autonomy - Work / Life balance

      Cons

      - Lean, bootstrapped scale-up, cash is not unlimited - Very strong sense of ownership across the company, nobody can hide or fake it - Limited benefits (offset by fair compensation and lots of flexibility)

      - Work from anywhere - Nice offices in Montreal

      Cons

      - Employee can get fired with immediate effect, with minimum notice - People get fired almost on a daily basis - Not many benefits for employees - If you do not live for your job, you won't be as considerate as others

      The confidence the company has in our mission and our expertise, allowing us to test what we think is relevant for the company. Inter-team communication, both with C-Levels and between teams. The sector: tech and retail, which is constantly evolving, and is challenging. The recognition: The company gives you the responsibilities and opportunities you search for. Great Life Balance Thanks a lot for allowing me to participate in this wonderful adventure!

      No cons, and yes it is possible: the company does everything they can to make you feel comfortable, and recognized for your work if, of course, you're invested and motivated.
