A Wonderful Scale up for Personal Growth - Growth Marketer Booxi Employee Review

There is a lot to build at Booxi and anyone self-motivated to learn and make a difference will be happy here. The team is respectful and competent. I feel everyone here strives to make daily positive contributions, however it may be. I don't notice many people doing overtime either, which to me is a sign of a healthy company, executing well.

There can always be things that can be improved, anywhere. However, in a company that trusts its employees like Booxi, anyone has influence on how to improve whatever is noticed. The team is distributed across many countries, which make it hard to see everyone as often as it would be fun to do.
