I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Norfolk, VA) in May 2009
Interview
Booz Allen uses a behavioral-based interview strategy. They did not ask many industry-specific knowledge questions; instead, the interview was more of a conversation. I had the feeling that they wanted to get to know me in order to determine if I was a good fit for the team and company. I ended up sitting down with 8-10 people (1 on 1) during the course of the interview. I think this was a good thing - it allowed the company to get several different perspectives on me.
