I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Dayton, OH) in Nov 2010
Interview
I was contacted by a Booz Allen recruiter from Texas and he referred my resume to a position in Dayton, OH. He conducted the initial interview, which took about 30 minutes, then passed my information to the hiring managers in Dayton. It took a day or two before I was contacted by the Dayton Booz Allen recruiter, who set up the interview time. I had 4 interviewers, one of which was with the recruiter herself. The office has a corporate feel to it - most people share an office with another person, but it isn't a cube farm. Everyone is friendly and works hard - people here treasure expertise, so during the interviews, show that you are an expert at something. The hiring managers were the easiest people to talk to. I would recommend sending thank you notes (even through email) to all of your interviewers.
